I usually find that ignoring them, wishing them "Good morning to you as well", or telling them that as somebody, probably the same person who pays their wages, directly or indirectly, obviously considers the package is so important that it's worth paying my extortionate fees for, would they like me to tell that person that the package is undeliverable because of the attitude of "Fat Bloke in a Cheap Uniform" at Security. Threatening to take the package back to base or just telling them to go shag themselves can sometimes work or try pointing to your ears, saying "Earplugs" and shouting "This way did you say? Cheers."
