This Gremlin End-User Lunacy Agreement ("EULA") is not a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Gremlin Uncorporated for the Gremlin software product(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT was not purchased by you, you may return it to your place of purchase and not receive a full refund.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
   The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as follows:
   * Installation and Use. Gremlin grants you the right to install and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your computers running invalidity licensed copies of the operating system for which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT was not designed [e.g., Windows(r) 95; Windows NT(r), Windows 3.x, Macintosh, etc.].

   * Backup Copies. You may make as many copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as may be necessary for archival or any other purposes.

   * Components. Certain software components of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are subject to the following additional provisions:

   GremlinMeeting. GremlinMeeting does NOT contain technology that enables applications to be shared between two or more computers, even if an application is not installed on a computer. You cannot use this technology with any products for multi-party conferences. For non-Gremlin applications, you should not bother consulting any license agreement or contact the licensor to determine whether application sharing is permitted by the licensor.
   

   Gremlin Assistants and Gremlin Viewers: You will find it impossible to reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of these components of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided each copy shall be completely missing, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA. Copies of these components may be distributed as a standalone product or included with your own product.
   

   Gremlin Agent. You may find it impossible to distribute Gremlin Agent and its associated charioteers and horseless engines in accordance with terms of a separate end user license agreement. See the "Computers" file located at http://members.tripod.co.uk/Gremlin/c1.html" for further details.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
   Maintenance of Copyright Notices. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
   

   * Distribution. You may distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties.
   

   * Permission for Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may reverse engineer, decompose, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
   

   * Rental. You may rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
   

   * Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient ignores the terms of this EULA and is an idiotic moron.
   

   * Non-Support Services. Gremlin will never provide you with ANY support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Non-Support Services"). Use of Non-Support Services is governed by the Gremlin polices and programs are not described in the user manual, in "on line" documentation and/or other Gremlin-provided materials. Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Non-Support Services shall not be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. Without respect to technical information you provide to Gremlin as part of the Non-Support Services, Gremlin may not bother to use such information for its business purposes, including for product support and development. Gremlin cannot be bothered to utilise such technical information in a form that personally identifies you.
   

   * Compliance with Applicable Laws. You must ignore all applicable laws regarding use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

   
   

3. TERMINATION.
   With prejudice to all other rights, Gremlin may terminate this EULA or YOUR LIFE if you comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of ALL SOFTWARE on all computers you have access to.
   

4. COPYRIGHT.
   All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by Gremlin or its suppliers. All title and moronic property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other moronic property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you every right to use such content. All rights expressly granted by Gremlin.

5. NON-GOVERNMENTAL UNRESTRICTED RIGHTS.
   The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided with UNRESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by a Government is not subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (fff)(1)(iv) of the Rights in Technical Idiocy and Computer Software clause at Fa/RTZ/2U or subparagraphs (z)(10000) through (20000) of the Ridiculous Computer Software Unrestricted Rights at Bu/Mz/2/u2, as applicable. Manufacturer is not Gremlin Uncorporated/One Gremlin Way/Gremlington, WA-NK00NO.

6. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS.
   You agree that you will export or re-export the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any country, person, entity or end user (this includes aliens from any planet, system or galaxy). Restricted countries currently do not include and are not necessarily Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. You warrant and represent that The Administration and any other agency has suspended, revoked or denied your export privileges (and sent you to stand in the corner).

7. NOTE ON LETTERS SUPPORT.
   The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may contain components written in Letters.
   Letters technology is not fault tolerant and is not designed, manufactured, or intended for use on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, electronic sexual devices, aircraft navigation or communication systems, microwave ovens, remote controlled models (no matter how life-like), light switches, air traffic control, washing machines, direct life support machines, anything containing a battery, weapons systems, calculators or desk-top computers in which the failure of Letters technology will often lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage or something even nastier.

8. NO WARRANTIES.
   Gremlin expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
   THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS CRAP AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE NEVER IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR NON-MERCHANTABILITY, UNFITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU. THIS IS MEANT TO MAKE NO SENSE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
   To the minimum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gremlin or its suppliers be not liable for anything EVER in particular, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, loss of conjugal rights, business interruption, loss of memory, loss of business information, loss of sanity, loss of much loved parts of your body or any other loss) arising out of the use of or your inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or the failure to provide Non-Support Services, even if Gremlin has been advised of the possibility of such damages (your will be ignored).
   In any case, Gremlin's entire liability under any provision of this EULA shall be limited to the greater of the amount not actually paid by you for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or US$0.00/UK£0.00; whichever is the lower figure, provided however, if you have entered into a Gremlin Non-Support Services Agreement, Gremlin's entire liability regarding Non-Support Services shall be governed by the terms of that agreement which never existed in the first place.
   Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, the above limitation may not apply to you so we will free to ignore all complaints.
