A FAYLE FAMILY TREE

Here is a scan of a family tree my grandfather(I think if was him) made of his branch of the family tree from his side of things. I am the one called Geraldine, daughter of Liz and Richard Fayle, and I have three brothers. Since this was made, my brothers and I have mostly all had children apart from my youngest brother who is Autistic and can't speak let alone get into that sort of relationship. My older brother Roger (John William added Knott) has two sons Joshua (b.1990) and Gabriel (b.1991? 22 months younger) Patrick, my younger brother has three children Cressida (b.1991?) Benjamin (b.1993? not sure either)and Alfred (b.2001) I have a son called Isaac (b.1985) but my son is also called Waters as the maternal line is not the one that counts (Actually he is known technically as Isaac James Knott Fayle-Waters). Also I have some cousins related to the Fayles but their mother married a Hughes so the Fayle name disappears again. Enough Waffle - here it is

Here is a picture of Three Fayles 2 generations it might be a bit of slow load as the picture is enormous but it makes me laugh as they are my two brothers and my son.
Here is another Fayle Family Tree. It's pretty similar to this one but older.

An interesting side was a neighbor of mine at our cottage in Ontario is from Akron Ohio, and his great grandmother was from The Isle of Mann, and was a Quirk, and I see around 1830 a Quirk married a Fayle, could we be related.

Interested to know if your Fayle family is connected to the Fayles from Waterford, Ireland who settled in the Tabusintac area of New Brunswick, Canada.

I have a very nice portrait drawing of Rev. Richard Fayle of Torquay in England, done about 1841, son of Benjamin Fayle who built the first railway in Dorset. Is he one of yours? Would you like to see the drawing?
