At the Three Cups Hotel, Queen-street, on Wednesday
the 26th day of February, 1873, at Six for Seven o'clock
precisely.
The Four Houses in Observatory-street, being Nos. 1,2,
3, and 4, each contains cellar, kitchen, pantry, two sitting
rooms, and entrance passage on the ground and basement
floors, and three bed rooms on the upper floors; a large
garden in the rear, and a good supply of water. They Miss Smith, and Mrs. Owen, the whole producing a yearly
rental of about £62 10s.
The House, No. 19, Cranham-street, contains entrance
passage, two sitting rooms, shop, and kitchen on the
ground floor, and four bed rooms on the two upper floors;
a large enclosed garden at the back, and is let to Mr.
Dicks at the annual rental of £15.
Two Freehold Shops, Nos. 20 and 21, Princes-street,
each containing front shop, sitting room, and kitchen on
the ground floor, and three bed rooms on the one-pair
floor, and garden in the rear. No. 20 has an out-house
in the garden, and No. 21 is adapted for a baker's business,
and has a bakehouse with a good oven.
Each of the Houses in the rear of Nos. 20 and 21,
Princes-street, contains entrance passage, sitting room,
kitchen, and scullery on the ground floor, and three bed
rooms on the upper floors; the usual offices and garden.
The Houses in Observatory-street are held by LEase
under St. John's College for a term of 20 years, from the
10th day of October, 1870, at a rental of 8s. per annum.
The House in Cranham-street is Leasehold under St.
John's College for the residue of a term of 99 years, from
the 2nd day of August, 1864, at a rental of £1 10s. per
annum.
