Fred and Karin Chaundy of Grosse Ile announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa, to Matthew Davison, son of Dave and Janet Davison, also of Grosse Ile.
The couple resides in Cincinnati, where she is a pediatric physical therapist and he is a logistics coordinator for Transfreight.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Wayne State University, where she earned both bachelor's and master's degrees. The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Central Michigan University and currently attends Xavier University, where he is working toward a master's degree in business administration.
A May 8 wedding in Cincinnati is planned.
