Keith's birth was registered at Ashton. He moved to Australia and became a gold miner at Kalgoorlie. He was also a dog breeder, and won an "Australian Champion title with his home-bred Great Dane, Danechaundy Andromeda C.D., after a 16 point challenge win at the Wanneroo Agricultural Show on November 29th." (1986) Wanneroo is a suberb of Perth, about 20 miles north of the centre of the city.
