More Information
I. External Students

Are you aged 15 or 16 and not a student at Bishop Luffa School? Are you older, and considering the possibility of A Level studies? If you are, you represent one of the main groups of people that this website is aimed at. Bishop Luffa has always been willing and happy to take students from outside the school into its sixth form, and many of our most successful students have come in from outside. We take anyone, any age (even adults), only providing they can show evidence that they are capable of studying at their chosen level.

Bishop Luffa has an excellent record in Advanced Level philosophy. However, we're not in the business of "poaching" students from other institutions, and you should certainly investigate your local sixth form options if these are nearer to you, before you think about us. For example, you might like to check out HAVANT COLLEGE and WORTHING SIXTH FORM. Both offer A level Philosophy.

Bishop Luffa is a friendly, relaxed school, and external students tend to fit in very quickly. Within a few weeks, they are generally behaving as if they've been here for years. And even the teachers rapidly forget they haven't.

External students always represent an injection of fresh blood, and in this sense, we would be loathe to do without them. If you're reading this, and you're not a Bishop Luffa student, well - think about it.
